The pastries, inspired by the work of Rafael Bordallo Pinheiro, aim to fill the “need for a symbolic present representing the city for its residents and visitors, associating the region’s characteristic confectionery with the particularly thoughtful design of the packaging for this purpose”.

The designer also participated in the elaboration of a collection ceramic box for the pastries, in partnership with Paulo Santos from Forno do Beco and the ceramist Mariana Sampaio. More recently, she was hired by ACCCRO to create the design for the bags that were distributed to merchants, with the logo “Caldas, Queen of Commerce” and a design alluding to the Bordallo pastry box.
